Individual hypnotherapy course for weight loss

An introduction to weight loss can be completed in 4 consecutive weekly sessions. Each session is 1 hour long. Prior to the course, you will be sent a questionnaire to get you started. Each session will include information on brain, eating behaviour and techniques to help break unwanted habits. Sessions end with a relaxing hypnotherapy trance to help consolidate what you have learned. To keep you on track between sessions you will be given activities to complete such as recording what is going well and how you are feeling. After the 4-session course you may continue with regular follow-up sessions to support your progress. This course and the follow-up sessions can be completed online or face-to-face.

Group hypnotherapy courses for weight loss

An introduction to weight loss can be completed in 3 consecutive weekly sessions as part of a small group. Each session is 1 ½ hours long. Prior to the course, you will be sent a questionnaire to get you started. Each session will include information on brain, eating behaviour and techniques to help break unwanted habits. There will be an opportunity to get involved in group discussion and sharing of successes. Sessions end with a relaxing hypnotherapy trance to help consolidate what you have learned. To keep you on track between sessions you will be given activities to complete such as recording what is going well and how you are feeling. After the 3-session course you may continue with regular individual follow-up sessions to support your progress. This course and the follow-up sessions can be completed online or face-to-face.
